I have a Tuff Stuff cable cross machine, squat rack, weight bench, free weights, TRX suspension training straps and other useful equipment. Virtual training via FaceTime is available for only $30 per 30 minutes. Clients are showing real results with improvements with in strength, balance, flexibility and mood.
